RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt. All returned items must be in original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Returned items will be replaced, repaired or refunded after being evaluated by our team. We only accept returns of items purchased directly online at Rakit.co.za. If you purchased your product from one of the authorized Rakit dealers, contact the store directly to process your query. There are no refunds for shipping fees.
